Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. 2. Additional Costs Food, Shelter, Transportation, and Travel: Please note that while the speaking engagement fee covers the cost of the presentation itself, additional expenses such as food, shelter, transportation, and travel arrangements are not included. Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering these costs separately. 3. Attendee Responsibilities Accommodation: Attendees are responsible for securing their own accommodation arrangements if necessary, including any lodging required for the duration of the event. Transportation: Attendees are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the event venue, as well as any local transportation needed during their stay. 4. Event Details Timing and Location: The timing and location of the speaking engagement will be communicated to attendees upon reservation confirmation. Please ensure to arrive promptly at the designated venue. Accessibility: We strive to ensure that our event venues are accessible to all attendees.
