Conference Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, Seminars, Webinars, Book studies and other platforms are welcomed to help bring the message to your group, organization or ministry.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our speaking engagement services. We aim to provide an enriching and seamless experience for both speakers and attendees. Please review the following policy details before booking your engagement: 1. Reservation and Cancellation Reservation: To secure your speaking engagement, a reservation must be made through our website or directly with our booking team. Upon reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you, outlining the details of your engagement. Cancellation: We understand that plans may change. Therefore, we offer a free cancellation policy for bookings canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. 2. Additional Costs Food, Shelter, Transportation, and Travel: Please note that while the speaking engagement fee covers the cost of the presentation itself, additional expenses such as food, shelter, transportation, and travel arrangements are not included. Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering these costs separately. 3. Attendee Responsibilities Accommodation: Attendees are responsible for securing their own accommodation arrangements if necessary, including any lodging required for the duration of the event. Transportation: Attendees are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the event venue, as well as any local transportation needed during their stay. 4. Event Details Timing and Location: The timing and location of the speaking engagement will be communicated to attendees upon reservation confirmation. Please ensure to arrive promptly at the designated venue. Accessibility: We strive to ensure that our event venues are accessible to all attendees. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 5. Changes and Updates Schedule Changes: While we endeavor to adhere to the scheduled event dates and times, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. In the event of any changes or updates to the speaking engagement schedule, attendees will be notified promptly via email or other communication channels. 6.
